About Notification Services

Notification Services generates a job status alert message, for each activated job.

You can access the Notification Services from the Admin Console home page.

To access Notification services and view the messages:

1. To view the message alerts, click Notification Services (Bell icon).
   The following details are provided in the notification messages.

   • More info, - view the complete message. The message background is changed to white, after the message is read.
   • Mark All as Read - move the messages to Read status without opening the messages.
   • BatchRunID - view more details about a specific job.
   The messages are categorized based on the following priorities:

   • Priority 1 -
   • Priority 2 -
   • Priority 3 -
2. Click Dismiss to delete an alert.
   Read messages will be deleted automatically, after 7 days. Log in as Administrator to modify the auto delete duration in the Admin Console > Notification Configuration. You can set the duration from 1 - 999. The default duration is 7 days.
