3.3.4 Archiving a Queue

To archive inactive queues, follow these steps:
  1. Log on to the Customer Screening application.
  2. Click Common Tasks, then click Rule Run Framework, and then click Process.
    The Process page is displayed.
  3. Search for Queue in the Code field and select Queue Archive.

  4. 4. Click Edit. The Process page opens in Edit mode.

  5. Select the QueueArchival object and then select Component.
  6. In the Parameters window, select the QueuArchival task and then click drop-down list. By default the parameter value will be selected as “TF”. Change the parameter to “CS”.

  7. Click OK to close the Parameters window.
  8. Click OK.
  9. Click Save.
    A confirmation message appears, click Yes to save the definition as a new version. A successful message appears, click Close.
