3.3.3 Configuring the New Priority

To configure the priority and color code for the alerts, follow the below steps:

  1. Access the Atomic Schema and access the FCC_ZCS_ALERT_PRIORITY_DIM table.
  2. Change the following parameter value:
    • N_ALERT_PRIORITY_ID
    • V_ALERT_PRIORITY_CODE
    • V_ALERT_PRIORITY_NAME
    • V_ALERT_PRIORITY_DSPLY_COLR
