2.5.1.1 View Catalog
The table below outlines the fields and data displayed on the View
Catalog screen.
- Click the three-dot menu (⋯) on the catalog tile or detailed view.
Table 2-5 View Catalog
| Field Name | Description |
|---|---|
| Name | A freeform field where the user enters the catalog name. This is a mandatory field. |
| Source | A drop-down field where the user selects the catalog's source. This is a mandatory field. |
| Source Version | Specifies the version of the selected source. This is a mandatory field. |
| Published Date for the Source | Displays the source's published date. The maximum allowed date is the current date. |
| Purpose | A drop-down field where the user selects the catalog's purpose. This is a mandatory field. |
| Product Category | A drop-down field where the user selects the appropriate product category. |
| Line of Business | A drop-down field where the user selects the relevant line of business. |
| Description | A freeform field where the user enters a description for the catalog. This is a mandatory field. |
| How to use | An optional field where the user can provide details on how to use the catalog or its intended purpose. |
- Click Download Catalog to Download and Export the Metadata.
