7.2.2.3 Approving and Rejecting New Form Definitions

You can validate and approve a new Form Definition if you have the required role assigned. If the form is rejected, it returns to Draft status. After making the necessary changes, the user can resubmit the form for review.

You can also view, copy, and edit each Forms Definition from the Forms Definition – Summary page by clicking Menu. These actions are available based on the roles assigned to you. For more information, refer Identity Management.

After approval of the form, you must create issues and action. For more details see, Issues and Actions.
