2.5.1.2.1 Downloading Glossary Templates

Download standardized Excel templates to ensure glossary data is prepared in the correct format before uploading.

The following template samples are available for download.

• User Defined Glossary Template (.xlsx): Use this template to create and upload custom glossary terms, data types, and LOV details.
• Catalog Extension Template (.xlsx): Use this template to extend existing catalog metadata where applicable.

1. Click Download Templates.
2. From the list, select User Defined Glossary Template (.xlsx).
3. Populate the template and ensure the file format and structure are unchanged before upload.
4. Click Refresh to update the list. The glossary appears in the list with Draft status.
