16.6.2.2 Creating an Issue through the Dashboard

To create an issue through the Dashboards page, follow these steps:

Note:

Before you create an issue, ensure that you have launched the DG Application.
From the Dashboards, select Variance Analysis.

  1. In the Create Issue Column, click the Create Issue icon.
    The Create Issue page is displayed.

    This illustration displays the Create issue page where you can create an issue and fill in the details and submit.

  2. In the Issue Details page, enter the following values:
    1. Name: Enter the Issue Name.
    2. Description: Enter the Issue Description.
    3. Criticality: Select the criticality of the issue.
    4. Target Date: Select the target date.
    5. Owner: Select the owner.
    6. Category: Select the category from the list.
    7. Comments: Enter comments if any.
  3. Click Submit.
