5.6.1.1 Accessing Business Data Tab

To access business data tabs, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to the Case Search and List page.
2. Click the required case ID link. The Case Summary page is displayed.
3. Click the Entitiestab.
4. Click the required business tab (Account, Customer, and so on). The selected business data tab List and Details page is displayed (Account, Customer, and so on).
