5.6.1.2 Using Event Details Tab

The Event Details tab allows performing a detailed analysis of events associated with the case to determine the case resolution.

This tab provides a list of events associated with the selected case and their complete details.

The Events details tab has the following sections:

• Events List: details the list of Events associated with the selected case. Allows you to add events manually. Event Summary Grid displays the following event details: Event ID: Focus Type, Focus, Focus Name, Event Type, Scenario Name, Event Generation Date, Highlight, Business Domain, Jurisdiction, External Source System, Event Promotion Date, Decision, Created By, Score, Priority, and Threshold Details.
• Events Details: provides complete information of the selected event.
