4.3.3 Acting on Cases

You can take various actions on cases that are listed in the Case List section.

Actions are visible as per your access permissions.

Assigning a Case

You can assign a case to yourself, to a user, or to user groups.

Adding Evidence to Cases

You can add attachments and comments to the case.

Viewing Workflow

The Workflow Monitor option allows you to view the workflow of the Case Type which is used during the creation of the case.
