6.4 Emailing Cases

This section explains how to email case attachments or details in the form of a HyperText Markup Language (HTML) files to multiple recipients.

Following two options are available:

• SendEmail: to send emails with no mechanism to receive a response back from the recipient.
• Send RFI: to send emails and have the recipient respond to a questionnaire included in the email.

If you want to send a questionnaire along with the email, then use the Send RFI option.
