9.3 Preview (Archived) Case

This section describes how to preview the archived cases.

To preview an archived case, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to the Archived Cases page.
2. Select the Case ID.
3. Click Preview Case. The Case ID preview displays.
   The following table provides the Preview Case details.

   Table 9-1 Preview(Archived) Case

   Item	Description
   Case Title	Displays the title for the case.
   Case Overview	Displays the Case Overview.
   Last Action	Displays the Event Decision Updated by the Analyst based on the Account Type.
   Customers	Displays the Customer(s).
   Narrative	Displays the Narrative content.
