9.2 Viewing Archived Cases
You can view the archived cases on the Archived Cases page.
The Archived Cases menu will only display for users with View Archived Cases permission. Your user role must be mapped to the CMARCSRCH (V_FUNCTION_CODE) function to get permission. For more information on the user role - function map, see AAI Guide.
To view the list of archived cases, follow these steps:
- Navigate to the Enterprise Case Investigation page. For more information see Getting Started.
- Select Archived Cases. The Archived Cases page displays.
