4.3.1 Preview Case

This section displays the list of cases based on the cases title.

To preview the case, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to the Case Search and List page.
2. Select the Case ID.
3. Click Preview Case. Case ID preview displays.
   The following table provides the Preview Case details.

   Item	Description
   Case Title	Displays the title for the case.
   Case Overview	Displays the Case Overview.
   Last Action	Displays the Event Decision Updated by the Analyst based on the Account Type.
   Customers	Displays the Customer(s)
   Narrative	Displays the Narrative content
