18.1 Search Criteria for Adding Existing Entities

This section describes the search criteria for adding existing entities.

The following table describes Account, Customer, Household, Correspondent Bank, Employee, and External Entity search criteria for adding business entities using Search Existing Entities option:

When you click on Entity ID in Search Listsection, the details of associated Entity Names and corresponding Entity IDs will display in Related External Entity window. Multiple Entity Names can be present for an Entity ID or Multiple Entity IDs can be present for an Entity Name'. For example, External Entity ID "123456" can display multiple Entity Names, such as "GE Industrial Services", "GE Industrial Svr", "GE Ind. Svrs" in Related External Entity window. Similarly, External Entity Name "GE Industrial

Services" can display the Entity IDs, such as "11", "22", "33" in Related External Entity window. An Entity ID/Name can have multiple Addresses which will be displayed in the Address pop-up.

The following table describes the search criteria applicable while adding a new business entity using the Search Existing Entities option for the Transaction tab.

Fields Description
Transaction Type

Select the transaction type from the drop-down list:

  • Back Office Transaction
  • Cash Transaction
  • Monetary Instrument Transaction
  • Funds Transfer
Transaction Date>= Select the transaction date from the calendar.
Transaction date<= Select the transaction date from the calendar.
Party ID Enter the Party ID
Party Name Enter the Party Name
Party Type Select the party type from the drop-down list. For example, Beneficiary, Clearing Institution, and Conductor.
Transaction ID Enter the Transaction ID.

The following table describes the search criteria applicable while adding a new business entity using the Search Existing Involved Parties.

Party Name Enter party name
Party ID Enter party unique identification number.
Tax ID Enter tax unique identification number.
Birth Date Enter the date of birth of party.
ID Type Select the ID type from the drop-down list.
ID Issuing Authority Enter issuing authority unique identification number.
Occupation Enter the occupation.
Contact Information Enter the contact information- address, phone number, country code.
Relationship Years Select the years of relationship
Relationship Months Select the months of relationship
Description Enter the description.
