13.2 Searching Trusted Pairs

You can search for existing Trusted Pairs using the Trusted Pairs Administration page.

Note:

The Trusted Pairs administration menu will display only for users who have Trusted Pairs administration permission.

To get this permission, your user role must be mapped to the CMADMNTP(V_FUNCTION_CODE) function. For more information on the user role - function map see the AAI Guide.

To view Trusted Pair search results, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the Trusted Pairs Administration page.

    The following table describes the available search criteria for the trusted pair search Details screen.

    Item Description
    Created From This filters the Trusted Pairs List with the pairs whose creation date is greater than or equal to the date entered.
    Created To This filters the Trusted Pairs List with the pairs whose creation date is less than or equal to the date entered.
    Expiration Date From This filters the Trusted Pairs List with the pairs whose Expiration date is greater than or equal to the date entered.
    Expiration Date To This filters the Trusted Pairs List with the pairs whose Expiration date is less than or equal to the date entered.
    Last Action Date From This filters the Trusted Pairs List up to the date you enter by which the Last Action was taken on the Trusted Pairs, which is greater than or equal to the date you enter.
    Last Action Date To This filters the Trusted Pairs List up to the date you enter by which the Last Action was taken on the Trusted Pairs, which is less than or equal to the date you enter.
    Entity Type This filters the Trusted Pairs List by the entity type associated with a Trusted Pairs. When Entity type is specified, you must enter a value in Entity ID or Entity Name.
    Entity ID This filters the Trusted Pairs List by the entity associated with a Trusted Pairs.
    When Entity ID is specified, you must select a value in Entity type.
    Entity Name This searches Customers, Accounts and External Entities on either side of the pair. For Customers, it is the Customer associated to the trusted account.
    Trusted Pair ID Search by Trusted Pair ID will Ignore all the other search parameters
    Current Status Status of the Trusted Pair

    Note:

    Select Created Date From and To. The default is a 30-day look back period this can be configured using a Manage Common Parameter UI.
  2. Click Search to view the results.

    Note:

    You can click Reset to clear the selected Trusted Pairs details.
