16.1.1 Setting Default Search

This section explains how to set Saved Views as your default search option.

To set Saved Views as the default search, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the Enterprise Case Investigation page, see the Getting Started section for more information.
  2. Select the User Preferences. The User Preferences page displays.

  3. Select a default search from the Saved Views list, which includes personal and out of box Saved Views.
    For example,
    • Cases Assigned to Me
    • My New Cases
    • My Open Cases
    • My Overdue Cases

    Note:

    You can select only one Saved Views as a default search.
