About Customer Dashboard Tab

This tab is applicable only for KYC case types and for those cases, which are created for existing customers through the batch processing. You can view the complete history of the risk scores of a customer for the selected time period.

Customer Details and Case Score Panel

This panel gives the high-level view of the scores and the times the customer has been scored. The details of this panel is described below:
  • Customer ID: ID on whom the case is created, this displays the customer ID who has been risk scored
  • Customer Name: Name on whom the case is created, this displays the customer name who has been risk scored
  • Customer Type: Type of the customer who has been scored
  • Case Score: this displays the Case score.
  • Prior KYC Score: This displays the KYC score of a customer which is closed either by system or by user
  • # of Prior Cases: This displays the number of prior cases for a customer of KYC Case type
  • # of Times Risk Scores: Number of times this customer has been scored by the system
  • # of SAR's: SAR's being filed for this customer
  • Wiki: This section on the right-hand side provides the reasons why this case is and what can a user do during investigation for such types of cases.

Customer Risk Score History

This section shows the risk score along with the risk source of the customer for a time period. You can select the time period as provided on the UI by default or can use the calendar to select the time period. The graph is refreshed based on your selection. You can view the accelerated review rule which is associated with the primary customer.

Risk Score History

This section has two sub-sections. LHS shows the Algorithm Risk Parameters and RHS shows the Rule- Based Parameters. Each graph displays the scores for a given time period. The risk parameters with the line color is displayed as a reference. You can view the individual risk scores for a parameter/rule or view the complete score with the actual values of the risk parameter on this graph. To view the complete risk parameters with the actual values click on the scores which you are interested in from the Customer Risk Score History. The respective data corresponding to the selection in the Customer Risk Score History is highlighted in this section. The selection is a standing line, you can mouse over the line to view the risk parameters, risk score along with actual values.

Network Diagram

This section displays the relationship the customer holds. The relationship w.r.t KYC is defined as Customer to Customer, Customer to Account and Customer to External Parties. All three are displayed in the graph. The ID of the related party along with their relationship description is shown. All three relationships are differentiated by different colors and images as well.
  • Human: Customer to Customer
  • $:Indicates Customer to Account
  • Blue Human: Indicates Customer to External Party (parties who are not internal customers of the bank)
