6.2 Using Take Action Window

The Take Action window allows taking various actions on case or cases. For example, Set Due Dates, Email, and Resolution of the case. Assign, Add Evidence are available in the Take Action pop-up window.

Note:

To perform non-status changing actions on a closed case, a status changing action must be selected.

To take action on multiple cases, use the Case List page.

Note:

  • When taking an action, adding evidence, assigning a case or adding a comment, the standard comments displayed will be specific to that action. When taking a combination of any of those actions, a super set of the standard comments are displayed.
  • If you select to take a non-status changing action (e.g., Set Due Date and Add Comment), Add Comment-related comments are displayed.
