5.4.7 Using Trade Tab
About Trade Tab
The Trade tab displays information about the trades, trade events, and trade allocations associated with the selected case. Trade-related data is used primarily to monitor the performance and trading activities of a customer or an employee.
- View and analyze the trades that are associated with the case.
- Retrieve detailed information for the trades.
- View and analyze the trade events that are associated with the case.
- View and analyze the trade allocations that are associated with the case.
List of Trades
The List of Trades provides information about all trades that are associated with the case.
You can also add, search, view, delete, and export the trade details by clicking the respective icons available in the List of Trades grid. These actions are recorded in the case Audit History.
- Click the Add icon in the List of Trades grid.
The Add Trades page is displayed.
- Search the record using the mandatory and any one of other fields:
- Trade ID: Use one or multiple IDs separated by commas.
- Security ID: Use one or multiple IDs separated by commas.
- Last Buyer ID: Use one or multiple IDs separated by commas.
- Last Seller ID: Use one or multiple IDs separated by commas.
- Trade Date from and To: Enter a date. This is a mandatory field. However, if Trade ID is entered this is not a mandatory field.
- Click Search.
The corresponding records are displayed in the List of Trades grid.
- Select one or multiple records and click the Add icon.
Viewing Trade Details
The Trade Details section provides detailed information about the selected trade.
- Select the check box associated with the trade in the List of Trades.
- Click View Trade Details.
The details for the selected trade are displayed in the Details section.
Viewing Trade Events
The Trade Events section provides information about all trade events that are associated with the trade.
Viewing Trade Allocations
The Trade Allocations section provides information about all trade allocations that are associated with the trade.
