5.3.3 Viewing Case Edit History

The History button is enabled to provide a record of modified case details.

To view the edit history for a case, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the Case Context section of a case.
  2. Click History. The Case Edit History window displays the record of changes made to this case, including which field was modified, the values which were changed, who made the change and when the change was made.
    The Case Edit History can also be accessed by clicking the History link in various Case Details tabs. If no changes have been made to this record, an error message is displayed
