5.3.2 Editing Case Context Details

The Edit button is enabled to allow case details to be modified based on user permission.

To edit the Case Context details, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the Case Context section.
  2. Click Case ID. The Case Context section is expanded to view and modify the selected Case ID.
  3. Click Edit. The following fields are enabled to modify the case details.
    • Title
    • Priority
    • Description

    The following fields are specific to KYC Case types.

    • Risk Score: Users can edit the risk score provided by the system during the investigation. The overridden risk score is given preference over the system risk score.
    • Risk Score Expiration Date: User can provide a risk score expiration date which indicates that the overridden risk score for this customer is applicable as on this date.

      Note:

      How to use the risk score expiration date is to be configured during deployment as per your requirements.
    • Next Periodic Re-review Date: User can provide a periodic review date manually which is given priority over the system derived next periodic review date.

  4. Modify the necessary changes and click Save. A confirmation message is displayed.
  5. Click OK. The Case Context section is refreshed to display the updated detail.
