11.3.2 Associating Node Level and Conditional Assumptions with Prepayment Rules

You can define Prepayment methodologies at any level of the product hierarchy. Children of a hierarchical node automatically inherit the assumptions defined at the parent level.

Methodologies directly defined for child nodes take precedence over those defined at the parent level. For more information, see Defining Transfer Pricing Methodologies Using Node Level Assumptions.

You can also use the conditional logic of Conditional Assumptions to define prepayment methodologies based on particular characteristics of financial instruments. For more information, see Associating Conditional Assumptions with Assumption Rules.
