8.4.1 Configure Match Quality of Events

This topic provides information about configuring match quality which is categorized as Medium for events.

Note:

This section is applicable only for Customer Screening (CS) cases.
To update the match quality (medium) for events, follow these steps:
  1. Click Open Open icon to view the Ask Oracle page.
  2. Click Admin menu. The Investigation Hub Administration page is displayed.
  3. Click Customer Screening Configurations link. Customer Screening Case page is displayed. You can configure Minimum and Maximum values for Medium Match Quality of events, enable comments section while taking a decision on a case and set them as mandatory or optional.
  4. In the Configure Match Quality of events section, on the Medium Match Quality, click Min Value and update based on your requirement.
  5. On the Medium Match Quality, click Max Value and update based on your requirement.

    Note:

    A new rule is set to define the minimum and maximum values for the high, med and low match qualities where the minimum value should overlap with the maximum value of the previous match quality. For example, if you set the minimum value for High quality as 90, then ensure that you set the maximum value for Med quality is also set to 90. And, similarly, if the minimum value set for Med quality is 70, then set the maximum value for Low match quality to 70 to overlap with next level match quality.
  6. Click Save. The updated changes will be reflected in events for match quality.

    Note:

    You cannot edit the Low and High Match Quality.

    Note:

    After an upgrade to the current release, the custom values set for the Minimum and Maximum values for Medium Match Quality of events are going to be replaced with the default values. If you require the custom values, then readd these values after the upgrade.
