8.4.2 Configuring Event Decisions
This topic provides information about configuring event decisions.
- Click Open
icon to view the Ask Oracle page.
- Click Admin menu. The Investigation Hub Administration page is displayed.
- Click Customer Screening Configurations link. The Customer Screening Case page is displayed. You can configure Minimum and Maximum values for Medium Match Quality of events, enable comments section while taking a decision on a case and set them as mandatory or optional.
- In the Configure Event Decisions section, to add the comments field in closing a case, enable the Capture Comments option.
- To make comments field as a mandatory field, select the Yes option. To make it as optional, select No.
- To save the changes, click Save.
