Basel Reclassification

The Rules associated with this task are the following:

• Basel Customer Type Reclassification
• Basel Product Type Reclassification
• Basel Asset Class Reclassification

For regulatory reporting and consolidation purposes, bank products and customers need to be reclassified to Basel product type and Basel customer type respectively. Also, Basel customer type and Basel Product Type are reclassified to Basel Asset class for the future purpose of regulatory capital calculation and reporting.

This rule is expected to be reviewed and customized based on the data and mapping strategy of the bank.
