4.1 All Views

View search helps you quickly filter the reports based on pre-defined search queries. You can save your search criteria as Views. For more information on pre-defining the search as views, see Saving Views.

To search reports using the Views option, follow these steps:

1. On the Search and List page, click All Views to view the available options.
2. Select the options from the drop-down list. The required list of reports is displayed. You can create your pre-defined views. For more information, see Saving Views.

NOTE

You can view only those options in the drop-down that you have created in Saving Views section.
