7.5 Reassigning Reports

This section describes how to reassign a report or reports to a different user. If a report's initial analysis reveals an issue that another user must review, you can reassign such reports to the most appropriate users.

Note:

By taking this action, the status of the report doesn't change.

You cannot reassign when one or more reports are in different statuses. You must select reports of the same status to reassign.

To reassign a report or reports to another user, follow these steps:

  1. On the Regulatory Report Details page, select one or more reports and click Reassign. The Reassign window is displayed.

    NOTE

    If you select a report or reports with Closed status and try to reassign, an error message is displayed.

  2. Select a user from the drop-down list.
  3. Enter the comments in the Comments box. You can enter a maximum of 255 characters.
  4. Click Save. A confirmation message is displayed. The user assigned to these reports is displayed in the Assigned To column on the Report List page.
