8.2.1 Searching Approved Reports

The Approved Reports tab enables you to search for and display reports that are in an Approved status and are ready for e-filing. It is from this tab that you can generate the E-File.

Super Users can reject or close approved reports from this tab. To search for approved reports, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Regulatory Reporting menu, hover over Regulatory Reports – SAR and click File Regulatory Reports. The File Regulatory Report page displays.
  2. Click the Approved Reports tab. The Approved Report List page displays all the reports in

    Approved status.

  3. To further filter the list of Approved reports, enter criteria in one or more filters.

    Fields Description
    Report Name Enter the report name.
    Jurisdiction

    Select the jurisdiction from the drop-down list to display reports mapped to the selected jurisdiction.

    NOTE: Only configured Jurisdictions are displayed in the drop-down list for the logged-in user.

    Event/Case ID Enter the Case ID for the report.
    Approved By Select the name of the approver from the drop-down menu to search for reports approved by the selected user.
    Approved =>

    Select the approved date from the calendar to display reports approved from the selected date.

    NOTE: By default, the date range is set to one day difference (for example, 03/23/2022 to 03/24/2022. If you do not enter the date range, a warning message is displayed.

    Approved<=

    Select the approved date from the calendar to display reports approved until this date.

    Created By Select the user role(s) from the drop-down list to search for reports created by the selected user roles.
  4. Click Search. The relevant search list displays.
