6.3.1.2 Viewing Process Onboarding

To view process onboarding:

The View Onboarding feature allows you to inspect the configurations of an onboarded process in read-only mode. This is useful for auditing mappings, checking specification files, or verifying portfolio scope without making changes.

Note:

  • You can select View Onboarding only if the model is in the Approved state.
  • All toggles, check boxes, and drop-down lists are disabled. You cannot modify any data in this mode.
  1. Login to STSA.
  2. In the Workspace Summary, Sandbox tab, select the required workspace.
  3. Click Building Blocks and under the Process tile, click View.
    The Process Summary page is displayed.
  4. To onboard a model, click Actions and then click View Onboarding against the model.
    The Model Specifications Set Up page opens in read-only mode.
  5. In the Model Specifications Set Up page, review the onboarding mode:
    • For Automated Onboarding: The Input Specifications and Output Specifications sections display the uploaded filenames, "Uploaded" status, and the last-updated date.
    • For Manual Onboarding: If no specification files were used during the initial onboarding, both sections display a "Not Uploaded" status.
  6. In the Source Data Selection page, review the following:
    1. Review the list of selected assets.
    2. Review the list of selected assets. In View Mode, no Recommended chips or Show Recommendations toggle are displayed.
    3. Click Continue to move to the next page.
  7. In the Date Management and Input Variable Mapping pages, review the following:
    1. Review the logical references and their mapped source tables and columns.
    2. Review the mapped source tables and columns. No Recommended chips are displayed in View Mode.
    3. To see specific mapping entries, click the Actions menu and select Map Assets (this opens the panel in read-only mode).
    4. Click Continue.
  8. In the Output Table Selection page, review the selected output tables. No changes can be made in View Mode. Click Continue to proceed.
  9. In the Portfolio Mapping and Review & Submit pages, review the following:
    1. View the selected portfolios or confirm if the model is set to Bank-Wide.

      Note:

      If Bank-Wide is selected, the summary displays Model Scope Type: Bank-Wide and Number of Associated Portfolios: N/A.
    2. In the Review & Submit page, review the overall configuration summary and the status of any alerts.
  10. Click Cancel.
  11. In the Leave Pipeline Onboarding? dialog box that appears, with the description "Do you want to return to the summary page?", click Yes to return to the summary screen.
