Customer Characteristics
The Customer Characteristics zone lists the characteristics of the customer for whom the deal is defined using the deal type to which the approval profile is associated. It contains the following columns:

| Characteristic Type | Displays the characteristic type. |
| Characteristic Value | Displays the value of the characteristic type. |
By default, the Customer Characteristics zone does not appear in the Deal Type screen.
It appears when you click the Broadcast (
) icon corresponding to a deal approval
profile in the Deal Approval Profiles zone.
Note: The information appears in the Customer Characteristics zone only when the Approval Type is selected
as Deal and the customer characteristic is
defined for the deal approval profile.
