Prerequisites

To setup the Relationship Manager Workbench feature, you need to do the following:

• Define the required characteristic types where the characteristic entity is set to Supervisor Role Flag

• Define the values for the CUST_​SEG_​FLG lookup field

• Define the values for the CUST_​TIER_​FLG lookup field
