Moving an Uploaded File to a Different SFTP Server Location
Oracle Revenue Management and Billing provides you the
facility to move an uploaded file to different SFTP server when the File Status is set to Ready To Upload in File Management System. In other words,
you cannot move the uploaded files from the SFTP server for the below File Status:

Copy in Progress
-
Approval Pending
-
Pending to Process
Note: By default, the Ready To Upload option
is selected in the File Status field.
An uploaded files to SFTP server can be accessible from the
directory path. In File Management System, File Path option is used to specify the relative path
where you want to upload the files. The File Path always begins with either of the following:

@SHARED_DIR - Configured path of shared directory

@INSTALL_DIR - Configured path of installation directory
The File Management System allows you to move an uploaded file to different SFTP server location.
Procedure
To move the uploaded file:
- Search for an uploaded file in File Management System screen.

In the Search Results section, click
the Move button in the Action column corresponding to the file whose file path you want to move
to different SFTP location.
An Action window appears. It contains the following fields:
Field Name Field Description Mandatory (Yes or No) Move To Directory Used to specify the new directory path for an uploaded file. The valid values are: - @SHARED_DIR
- @INSTALL_DIR
Yes Note: The Move button appears when the file status is Ready to Upload in File Management System screen. - In the Move To Directory field, select the file directory from the list.

Click Move.
The uploaded file is moved to a different SFTP server location.
