Dispute Request - Main

The Main tab displays information about the dispute request. It contains the following zones:

  • Dispute Request

  • Dispute Details

  • Dispute Adjustments

    Note: This zone appears when you click the Broadcast (The Broadcast Icon) icon corresponding to the entity type as Bill in the Dispute Details zone and when the status is Processed.

  • Previous Dispute Requests

    Note: This zone appears when you click the Broadcast (The Broadcast Icon) icon corresponding to the entity type as Bill in the Dispute Details zone.
