Prerequisites

To setup the data extractor feature, you need to do the following:

• Define the required data extract request types in the system

• Attach an algorithm to the Determine BO system event of the maintenance object whose business object data you want to extract and ensure that the algorithm parameter is set to the respective business object

• Create the DTEXSCH feature configuration, if required, for the online mode data extraction

• Set the batch control type of the Data Extract (C1-DTEX) batch to Timed and define the following attributes:

  • Time Interval

  • Timer Active

  • User ID

  • Batch Language

  • Email Address
