Search Payee/Pharmacy

The Search Payee/Pharmacy zone allows you to search for a payee or child entity using various search criteria. It contains the following two sections:

• Search Criteria - The Search Criteria section contains the following fields:

  Field Name	Field Description	Mandatory (Yes or No)
  Search By	Used to indicate whether you want to search for a payee or child entity. The valid values are: Payee Search Child Entity Note: By default, the Payee Search option is selected.	Yes
  Payee Name	Used to search for a particular payee using its primary or secondary name. Note: This field appears when the Payee Search option is selected from the Search By list.	No
  Entity Type	Used to search for payees based on a specific entity type. Note: You must specify an entity type which is already defined in the system.	No
  Payee Person Id	Used to search for a particular payee person record in the system. Note: This field appears when the Payee Search option is selected from the Search By list.	No
  Check Number	Used to search for a payee using a specific check number. Note: This field appears when the Payee Search option is selected from the Search By list.	No
  Identifier Type	Used to search for payees or child entities with a particular type of identifier.	Yes (Conditional) Note: This field is required when a value is specified in the Identifier Value field.
  Identifier Value	Used to specify the value of the identifier type based on which you want to search for payees or child entities.	Yes (Conditional) Note: This field is required when an option is selected from the Identifier Type list.
  Entity Name	Used to search for a particular child entity using its primary or secondary name. Note: This field appears when the Child Entity option is selected from the Search By list.	No
  Entity Person Id	Used to search for a particular child entity person record in the system. Note: This field appears when the Child Entity option is selected from the Search By list.	No
  Account ID	Used to search for a child entity using a specific account ID.	No

  Note: You must specify at least one search criterion while searching for a payee or child entity.

• Search Results - On clicking the Search button, the search results appear based on the specified search criteria. The Search Results section contains the following columns:

  Column Name	Column Description
  Payee Information	Displays information about the payee. Note: It has a link. On clicking the link, the Person screen appears where you can view the details of the respective payee.
  Payee Name	Displays the payee name. Note: This column appears when the Payee Search option is selected from the Search By list.
  Entity Type	Indicates the entity type.
  Identifier Type	Indicates the identifier type associated with the payee.
  Identifier Value	Displays the value specified for the identifier type.
  Child Entity Information	Displays information about the child entity. Note: It has a link. On clicking the link, the Person screen appears where you can view the details of the respective payee. This column appears when the Child Entity option is selected from the Search By list.
  Child Entity Name	Displays the child entity name. Note: This column appears when the Child Entity option is selected from the Search By list.
  Start Date	Displays the date from when the child entity’s association with the payee is effective. Note: This column appears when the Child Entity option is selected from the Search By list.
  End Date	Displays the date till when the child entity’s association with the payee is effective. Note: This column appears when the Child Entity option is selected from the Search By list.

  Note:

  You can view the 360° information of the payee or child entity by clicking the View () icon corresponding to the record in the Search Results section.

  Pagination is used to display limited number of records in the Search Results section. You can use the navigation links, such as Previous and Next to navigate between pages.
