Viewing the 360° Information of a Payee

Procedure

To view the 360° information of a payee:

  1. Click the Menu (The Menu Icon) icon in the Application toolbar.
    A list appears.
  2. Click the Main Menu option from the list.
    A sub menu appears.
  3. From the Main menu, select Customer Management and then click Pharmacy Payment 360°.
    The Pharmacy Payment 360° screen appears.
  4. Search for the payee in the Search Payee/Pharmacy zone.
  5. In the Search Results section, click the View (The View Icon) icon corresponding to the payee whose details you want to view.
    The Main tab appears in the Pharmacy 360° Information screen. It contains the following zones:

    • Payee Information

    • Child Entities

    • Payee Accounts

    • Payment/Write-off Information

    • Open Payable(s)

    • Payee Address

  6. View the basic details of the payee in the Payee Information zone.
  7. View the child entities or pharmacies associated with the payee in the Child Entities zone.
  8. View the accounts associated with the payee in the Payee Accounts zone.
  9. View the payment or write-off information in the Payment/Write-off Information zone.
  10. View the open payable(s) details in the Open Payable(s) zone.
  11. View the address details of the payee in the Payee Address zone.
