Description
The Cost of Goods Sold report is a daily detail report that consists of a multi-KPI tile, a bar chart, and a table that show the cost of menu items, summarize total and average costs, and display details by group and menu item. This report is for restaurants with add-on taxes.
Permission: Sales and Operations.
