Data Retention Limits

Data retention limits for each report vary depending on the following data retention categories:

• Transaction and Kitchen Display System (KDS) Details

• Daily and Fixed Period Totals

• Transaction Journals Records

• Time Cards

The following table shows each data retention category with its standard data retention time period. Data retention limits can be increased to the maximum length of time listed in the last column of the table.
