Description

The Employee Productivity report is an operations performance report that consists of a table with smart cells that show sales and service metrics. This report shows sales, tips, and KPIs by employee to identify your top performing employees and underperformers. This report is for table service restaurants with add-on taxes.

This report component table has two static cells and six smart cells. Click Manage Columns to select smart cells.

Employee Name (static cell)	String	Employee name.
Location (static cell)	String	Location employee works at.
Average Check (smart cell)	Currency	Average sales per check.
Average Dining Time (smart cell)	Integer	Average time guests spend at a table.
Average Spend per Guest (smart cell)	Currency	Average sales per guest.
Average Tip Percent (smart cell)	Percent	Average tip percent.
Check Count (smart cell)	Integer	Number of checks. Drills down to All Checks for an Employee.
Cost of Goods Sold Percent (smart cell)	Percent	Cost of goods sold divided by net sales.
Discounts (smart cell)	Currency	Amount of discounts. Drills down to All Checks with Discount.
Guest Count (smart cell)	Integer	Number of guests.
Lost Sales Opportunity (smart cell)	Currency	The amount of additional sales the employee could have made if they achieved the overall average sales per guests.
Lost Tip Opportunity (smart cell)	Currency	The amount of additional tips the employee could have made if they achieved the overall average tip amount.
Net Sales (smart cell)	Currency	Net sales. Drills down to Employee Sales Mix Detail.
Net Sales per Hour (smart cell)	Currency	Sales made per total employee working hour.
Service Charges (smart cell)	Currency	Amount of service charges. Drills down to All Checks with a Service Charge.
Tables Turns (smart cell)	Integer	Number of table turns.
Total Tips (smart cell)	Currency	Amount of total tips.
Variance from Average Check (smart cell)	Currency	The difference between the employee’s average spend per check and the overall spend per check.
Variance from Average Guest (smart cell)	Currency	The difference between the employee’s average spend and the total average spend per guest.
