Description

The Menu Item Affinity report is a menu item sales and performance report that shows sales data. This report shows pairings of menu items to show popular combinations of items purchased by customers. This report is for restaurants with add-on taxes.

Quantity Sold	Integer	Quantity sold.
Average Quantity per Check	Integer	Parent menu item quantity divided by number of checks.
Percent of Parent Item Quantity Sold	Percent	Quantity of affinity menu items sold as a percent of all parent menu item quantity sold.
Total Sales Net VAT	Currency	Total sale net VAT.
Average Sales per Check	Currency	Menu item sales net VAT divided by menu item number of checks.
Percent of Parent Item Sales Net VAT	Percent	Affinity item sales net VAT as a percent of all parent menu item net sales.
Total Margin	Currency	Menu item sales net VAT minus prep cost.
Average Margin per Check	Currency	Menu item margin divided by menu item number of checks.
Percent of Parent Item Margin	Percent	Affinity menu item margin as a percent of parent item margin.
