Description

The Menu Item Waste by Location report is a menu item sales and performance report that consists of a pie chart and a table that show waste count and amount by location and employee. Waste includes menu items that cannot be sold to customers or items that are donated.

Menu Item Number	Integer	Menu item number.
Transaction Date and Time	Date and time	Month, day, and year with hour and minutes.
Reason	String	Reason for waste.
Price Level	Currency	Price level.
Price Level Name	String	Price level name.
Quantity	Integer	Quantity.
Amount	Currency	Monetary amount.
Percent of Total Amount	Percent	Total waste amount divided by this location, employee, or menu item waste amount.
