Daily detail report that shows voided menu items by employee.

Description

The Voided Menu Items report is a daily detail report that consists of a grid, pie charts, and a table that show voided menu items by employee and the reason for the void.

Permissions: Sales and Operations.

Top 10 Void Reasons by Amount

Visualization: Pie chart.

Permissions: Sales and Operations.

The pie chart includes a maximum of 11 slices. The top 10 void reasons each have a slice and all other void reasons are combined into the final slice.

Reason	Percent	Void reason amount as a percent of all void reason amounts in the pie chart.
Others	Percent	All other void reasons amount as a percent of all void reasons amount in the pie chart.

Total Row	Variable	The top row of the table shows totals for each metric.
Employee Name	String	Check number by employee. Drills down to All Checks with Voids.
Menu Item Name	String	Menu item name. Drills down to All Checks with Voids.
Reason	String	Reason for void.
Void Count	Integer	Number of voids. Drills down to Voids.
Void Amount	Currency	Monetary amount of void. Drills down to Voids.

Report Notes

The same menu item may appear more than once if multiple reason codes are used.

Visualizations will not be displayed if reason codes are not in use.
