Additional Frequency Periods

When configuring frequency caps for engagement activities and redemption limits for rewards, you now have new frequency periods to choose from: 1 Hour and 60 Days.

Reward Archiving

When managing your rewards catalog, you can now archive rewards within your program. This helps to better organize the rewards and remove what is no longer in use from within the Control Center management tool.

On the Rewards page, click the three dots (More Options icon) on the right for a specific reward, and then select Archive. Rewards can only be archived if the status is marked as Disabled and the reward is not available for redemption in a widget.

You can access archived rewards via the filters at the top of the Rewards Manager by selecting Archived Only.
