Badges

You can award badges to members for completing actions, such as purchasing in a category, completing engagement activities, or other opportunities.

Badges can be managed from the Badges menu item in Control Center navigation. If you do not have access to the Badges menu, contact your instance administrator or your Oracle CrowdTwist representative.

Bonus Campaigns

Bonusing Based on Multiple Products Purchased

Bonus Campaigns now offer the ability to offer bonuses based on purchasing multiple items and on the category of items. This allows for the creation of purchase campaigns, such as "buy milk (item 1) and cookies (item 2) to get double points." To enable, choose multiple "Purchase of specific item(s)" campaign criteria when setting up a Bonus Campaign. Eligible products can be chosen from either a pre-loaded Product Catalog or by uploading a CSV of eligible SKUs.
