Power Management State Changes

The following table describes the scenarios in which the power management state changes for the Workstation 820.

AC power is connected to a wall outlet and the last recorded power state was not the ON state.

The operator touches the power button for 2 second until a beep is heard.

**Microsoft Windows: Pressing the power button begins a graceful shutdown. This behavior is based on the Windows power button management setting. Oracle Linux for MICROS: Pressing the power button initiates a graceful shutdown.
