4 Support

Oracle support users can be granted temporary access to provide help with Payment Cloud Service. You define the length of time the support user has access and you control what the support user can do and see by defining roles and privileges. Only assign a role that has privileges to the areas that the support user needs to see. You can create a role specifically for support users so that privileges can be adjusted as needed.

You must have the support user’s access code and the support ticket number to grant them access.

After the Oracle support user’s access expires, a new session can be granted if additional help is required.
