Add a Support User
Grant temporary access to an Oracle support user.
Required system privilege: Add, edit support users.
- In Payment Cloud Service, click the Support tab, and then click Add Support User.
- Enter the Oracle Support User access code provided by the support user.
- Enter the Support Ticket Number.
- Select the Expiration date when the support user will no longer have access. The default length of time is 24 hours, but can be extended up to 7 days.
- Optionally, enter Notes.
- Review the Roles and Privileges that the support user can access. You can grant any of the roles and privileges you have permission to access.
- Click Add.
