Add a Support User

Grant temporary access to an Oracle support user.

Required system privilege: Add, edit support users.
  1. In Payment Cloud Service, click the Support tab, and then click Add Support User.
  2. Enter the Oracle Support User access code provided by the support user.
  3. Enter the Support Ticket Number.
  4. Select the Expiration date when the support user will no longer have access. The default length of time is 24 hours, but can be extended up to 7 days.
  5. Optionally, enter Notes.
  6. Review the Roles and Privileges that the support user can access. You can grant any of the roles and privileges you have permission to access.
  7. Click Add.
