Edit a Support User
Make changes to an Oracle support user’s access.
Required system privilege: Add/Edit Support Users
- In Payment Cloud Service, click the Support tab, and then select the support user you want to edit.
- Keep the Support Ticket Number if this is the same issue.
- Select the Expiration date when the support user no longer has access. You can also end their session immediately.
- Optionally, enter Notes.
- Make your updates to the roles and privileges and then click Save and Close.
