Edit a Support User

Make changes to an Oracle support user’s access.

Required system privilege: Add/Edit Support Users
  1. In Payment Cloud Service, click the Support tab, and then select the support user you want to edit.
  2. Keep the Support Ticket Number if this is the same issue.
  3. Select the Expiration date when the support user no longer has access. You can also end their session immediately.
  4. Optionally, enter Notes.
  5. Make your updates to the roles and privileges and then click Save and Close.
