Assign Users to a Payment Role

Define the role for each user.

Required system privilege: Add, edit, delete payment roles.

The user must have a reports role before being assigned to the payment role.

Make sure to select the role that best meets the business needs of the user. Do not select a role that gives users access to more functionality than they need.

  1. In Reporting and Analytics, click the side navigation menu, click Administration, and then click Roles.
  2. In the Payment area, click the role you want to view.
  3. Click People and then click Assign Person.
  4. Select the person from the drop-down list and then click Assign Person.

    Note:

    • You can create a new person from this page by clicking Add Person.

    • You can alternately assign a role by navigating to Administration, click Users, search for the user, and then select the role.
